These Poultry Shears are the ideal tool for chicken, turkey, duck or goose. An internal spring between the blades and the sturdy handles ensures fatigue-free working.

Wash by hand and immediately towel-dry. Avoid using abrasive sponges or leaving your knife soaking in the sink.
